Under normal circumstances, most orders are complete and ready to ship within three to five business days. We use Federal Express as our parcel carrier. To avoid any confusion,
we do not accept clients’ Federal Express or UPS numbers for third-party billing. We will bill you for shipping and handling on your regular invoice. For our local customers, you may
pick up your item here at our facilities, or we can arrange for SRJR Courier Service to drop off your package directly
at the location of choice as an alternative to Federal Express. Again, the shipping and handling charges will
be added to your regular invoice.
